Bad first time experience…long wait to be acknowledged…then 20+ minute wait on couch…difficult to hear and communicate with the staff…nail options on website and booking also difficult to figure out which service for basic extensions is necessary.

Good honest advice!

My wife came for her 12.15 appointment as booked and deposit paid. She was told her appointment was 12.00 and that they cancelled it. The lady was very rude even when she showed the 12.15 booking confirmation. It is an expensive place and so this bad customer service is a problem for them
