I love this salon; has a fancy atmosphere. I always enjoy the treatments. However, today was an exception. Due to the fact that the previous client enjoyed her time to pick a colour costed me half an hour waiting (luckily i had no rush and i was compensated with a 10% discount voucher on my next visit) and a great share of stress on the lady who did my treatment (poor girl had to run between two clients). First i thought it was overbooking of Treatwell but eventually i observed/realized that this lady was left alone by her other colleagues (it works other times is not a satisfactory explanation for me). A good treatment is not only about a good looking place and fancy products but also about how the employees are treated by each other, the interaction and teamwork among them. Unfortunately I lost my respect for the latter. Thank you Linh, for all your hardwork, I truly believe you need to be supported by colleagues. What this place needs perhaps more labour force or at least a better division of labour.

I really enjoyed my visit, a friendly conversation with the nail specialist. She did a great job and took care of the small details.

Ik kom hier eens per maand om mijn nagels te laten doen. Service is altijd goed, meiden zijn heel behulpzaam. Hygiëne is top en de zaak ziet er netjes uit.
