Twice in a row a poor experience. Implements are not cleaned between use, gel peeled within days on 3 occasions now.

I had a great experience with my BIAB refill appointment. My appointment was with Mila who was very kind and also very precise and careful with my nails. I love how my nails look, will come back!

Very friendly staff and gentle removal of old gel polish, however I expected more attention to the pedicure like cuticle trimming. Overall good experience
