I missed the appointment by 20 mins so instead of 60 mins I had 40 mins available. Receptionist told me she cancelled my booking even though I pre-paid the full amount.
I had to talk them into giving me at least express manicure for the time i still had. Eventually, they agreed to do short manicure but they didn’t want to reimburse the remaining amount or even credit it for the next appointment.
They made me feel like a criminal for being late.
Manager didn’t say a word and was showing a lot of attitude.
The manicure was nice and the salon looks good as well. But Too much attitude and no understanding at all.
